Ardi Anggara
Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia, Chef Ardi’s culinary journey began in Bali in 2000, where he studied the fundamentals of culinary arts. His fascination with Japanese cooking techniques and culture led him to train under a Japanese master chef, specializing in the Edomae style of sushi, a traditional method known for its precision and refinement.
With over 25 years of experience, including time at prestigious Atlanta restaurants such as Omakase Table (Michelin-starred), Brush Izakaya, and Sushi Avenue, Chef Ardi brings a dedication to perfection, self-discipline, and craftsmanship to every dish.
Every plate he prepares reflects not only technical mastery but a deep respect for the ingredients and a passion for sharing Japanese culinary artistry with others.
